At Days of May Florals we prefer quality over quantity and so we take on a limited number of weddings each year. With that said, we pride ourselves on really understanding the details of what it is you're looking for and turning that into something that is truly special and unique to you. budgeting
Our minimum budgets vary greatly depending on location, time of year, and guest count. However, a good way to determine what we offer and whether or not we’re a good fit for each other is to think about your budget in a per person context.
Typically our signature fully designed florals start at $100+ per person. This includes everything from personal flowers, large focal ceremony moments, lush reception table pieces, candles, plus a few accent pieces such as welcome table arrangements, escort board swags, bar arrangements, cocktail pieces etc…
Alternatively, if you just need a few special things or you’re having a smaller gathering, we can help you with that too! For couples looking to budget closer to $50+ per person we offer an à la carte floral menu.

detailed itemized proposal delivered
10-15 page visual document delivered a week after the date is secured with a contract and a 20% retainer fee
1-round of revisions if needed
follow-up meeting phone or video meeting
1 in person site visit (only if the venue is new to us or an installation is being created)
final table count revision 1 month from the wedding
While we like to stick to our plan once in contract, consider our flower conversation an open one. Most weddings an events are planned over the course of a year or longer and we know first hand that things can change!
